Nadinoo ships from the UK to the world! All items are handmade to order and shipped 7-10 days after you have made your purchase and the funds have been recieved. All orders are posted recorded delivery from England, we include your tracking number in the email sent out to you once your item has been handmade and dispatched.

Refunds & Exchange:
Unfortunately Nadinoo does not refund or exchange any items bought from the online store, but if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will try work something out.

Custom orders:
If you see a Nadinoo design you like but would like an alternative length, fabric or colour please don't hesitate to contact us with your request and we will be happy to let you know if it is possible. Please note there may be an additional charge for this sevice.

Payments:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
