facial massage workshop October

  • Nadinoo 3A Market Street Oakham, England, LE15 6DY United Kingdom (map)

On October 2nd, we’ll be holding a facial massage workshop combining skincare and aromatherapy with Eve Williams, founder of ede.

Ede is a space created to foster small moments of calm within our busy lives, whilst also supporting and nurturing our skin with natural ingredients. Eve’s small business was born from her own real-life experiences with sensitive and acne-prone skin, which sparked her pursuit for a diploma in organic skincare formulation, and further qualifications and awards in skincare and massage.

Within the workshop, you’ll choose your favourite roll on therapist blend and follow Eve’s guided facial massage routine, focusing on relaxation techniques to release tension whilst sculpting the face, neck, and chest. You’ll learn more about finding and releasing muscles, helping to alleviate jaw tension, headaches, and hay fever symptoms. As part of the workshop, you’ll be gifted your own sample of ede’s needs must face oil in order to transfer your new skills from workshop to home. A small class ensures Eve is able to work closely with you, whilst providing an open, relaxed space for conversation and questions.

Ede calls to us through its principle of accessible self care, free of strict rules and ten-step routines - and even without the need for tools; all you need is a clean pair of hands. Perhaps it’s only two minutes of self-massage in the morning, but it can become the most mindful and centred part of your day. Aromatherapy and massage are age-old methods that help us de-stress and ground ourselves, engaging our senses and prompting us to pay attention to the essential link between the wellbeing of our bodies and our minds.
