Shipping

All UK orders are posted Royal Mail 1st class (Signed For) from Rutland, England. We include your barcode number in the email sent out to you once your item has been handmade and dispatched.

We now accept international orders, including those from non-EU European countries - however at present, we’re not accepting orders from countries within the EU. Posted from Rutland, England, we’ll include your shipping information in an email sent out at the time of dispatch.

Returns

If for any reason an item doesn’t work out for you, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit providing you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. You must return the item unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items should be posted back to us prepaid within 14 days of the original shipping date. We recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number, as Nadinoo cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

We do not offer cash refunds at this time. To request a return, please email info@nadinoo.co.uk with your order number, and we will get back to you shortly!
