A barrel-legged silhouette evocative of traditional Japanese trouser styles, elevating the comfort of a lounge trouser into a versatile companion for everyday wear.

We’ve elevated this style with a new slant pocket construction, adding refined detail and a more secure, accessible opening. We have also added a stitch line to the waistband to re-enforce the elastic.

This evolution of our Breathe Easy Trouser uses the same soft, wide, elasticated waistband to fit you through all stages of the day, inspired by the idea that the garments we choose to wear should fit us - not the other way round. Subtle but roomy front pockets maintain simplistic, clean lines, and a longer, tapered length keeps things transitional. Pairs perfectly with our Harvest Overshirt.

Colourway:

Ink Cotton-Linen is a deep navy fabric composed of a 50/50 organic cotton and recycled linen mix for softness and flexibility. Tumbled for softness, this staple linen offers generous drape and ultimate versatility.

Fabric:

European laundered linen and organic cotton blend, tumbled at the mill for softness.

47% linen, 11% recycled linen, 42% organic cotton.

Due to the recycled content in the fabric – recycled fibres have a short staple length. So please note your cloth may bobble after a couple of washes, this can be de bobbled just like a wool and should settle down.

It is produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen fabric. Our linen is woven in a mill run on green energy and is Oeko-Tex certified.

Mindfully made in England in our Oakham studio by designer Nadia Izruna.

Care:

Hand or machine wash on gentle setting using cold water. Do not tumble dry. Steam press on medium setting for a crisp finish, or hang dry and wear gently wrinkled for a lived-in look.
